The 0-6-4 release is now available

I'd like to announce that the VCF 0-6-4 release is now available.

For helping out with porting/testing on to VC7.1 and the Intel C/C++ compiler.

I'd like to give special thanks to Marcello Pietrobon for helping to solve some crucial bugs (contributed by none other than yours truly ) that were holding up the release, as well as a number of other fixes and enhancements to the framework as a whole.
