Further OSX progress

We now have basic windowing working in OSX (no controls yet), and painting is also working! Woot! .Still lots to do, but it's nice to see this all come together. This also incldues getting basic events, like mouse clicks, sizing, etc.

On the Windows side of things it does seem that code from the current CVS repository not only builds correctly, but that the same executable (the Alignment example), which is now uses Unicode internally, works on both Windows 9.x or Windows NT based OS's. Internally the app decides whether to use a WIn32 Wide string or Ansi API call (NT bases systems use the wide string version while 9.x based systems use the ansi version), so no more worries about whether or not you need to make a Unicode build or not!
