Strange drawings, Is this a bug?

I use the subversion repository 2956.
When i draw a line, rectangle etc. in the SketchIt example, while moving the mouse with pressed button there occur some blue lines which disappear when releasing the mouse button. In GraphicsAndMouseMoves example the lines are black. In vcf 0.9 this wasn't the case. For compiling i use visual c++ express with the linked PSDK. When i select a rectangle i can fill the shape but not rotate etc... Attached thumbnail(s)  |
